NPI has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Defense (DoD) Legacy Resource Management Program to support the Nationwide Approach to National Historic Preservation Act Section 110 Surveys Project.
In the past NPI has held agreements related to projects and services for the DoD Legacy Resource Management Program to administer historic buildings conferences/workshops; for the National Park Service, National NAGPRA Program and Northeast Region; and for the Veterans Administration.

Contractor qualifications are being accepted on an ongoing basis:
- To submit qualifications, email a 10-page maximum submission to NPI at info@npi.org (letter of interest, cover page, tables of contents, and/or appendices are optional and, if incorporated, must be included within the 10-page submission); submission should include:
- 1) Contact information: name, title, organization name, telephone, email
- 2) Statement of organization's professional capabilities
- 3) List of previous Section 110-type work projects for DoD or other organizations
- 4) Geographic areas of organization's expertise
- December 2023 PPT slides, including opportunities for CRM contractors, from NPI informational meetings
